If you are one of our local backers who backed our campaign but did not select one of the Local Pick Up reward options and would like to opt-in to pick up in-store, please send an email to Backer Kit Support. They will move you into one of the Local Pick Up options to remove the shipping charges. Please note: removing the shipping charges WILL NOT refund any fees that were charged during the campaign. Shipping fees will be refunded in the form of an in-store credit.

Yay! We finished working through all the SKUs and questions and rewards for the surveys. We sent a test batch out to about 5% of you this afternoon, and if all goes well the rest of the surveys will be live by tomorrow morning.
We set a survey deadline of Oct 25. What that means is that we need to collect your data by the time, so we can then place orders of the t-shirts and mugs. Oct 25 is not the ship date. We won't have an official ship date for a few weeks after the surveys have been completed. This is because we have to allow time for the shirts and mugs to get printed, as well as the last of the coffee packaging. We do expect all rewards to ship in time for holiday giving. Whoop!
